 Art is the expression of creativity under limitation. But creativity alone is pointless, it needs direction, a purpose, an intention. This discipline is "form", a structure that supports the impluse without silencing it. Most institutions ignore this spark by dominating the flow with boundaries that diminish the creative pursuit. Often branded "attention seekers" or "disruptors", and indeed they might be, but they are creative types, and crave an outlet under direction. So structure?Yes, allowing creativity to flow with purpose and meaning. Without this form there is no art, it would be akin to something like finger painting.  Area 4 understands creativity in education.
