New Play
Bespoke plays are fast becoming the gold standard in a string of ways to celebrate a graduates final year. A gift, if you like, to the school and a perfect way to leave their mark. We offer to write that play for you. A unique opportunity for the students to conceptualise their ideas with a professional writer, workshop the creation and perform on stage in its completion. Something to call their own.
Directing
A Directors task is to convey the vision of the Writer, inspire the Artist to action, and finally evoke an Audience to attention. An vital role built on trust and faith in delivering a production fit for purpose. But its so much more, its the collaboration between producers (school), cast and crew that makes the process a success. A responsibility that we take serious, and a premise we deliver on.
Coaching
Acting is a personal and complex learning experience. Its hard to quantify, its just too subjective. It can be taught, but it should only be taught by a specialist, or it could be damaging to the student. An experienced child acting coach is so important in order to keep those with talent inspired through their journey
Commissioning a Play with us.
Bespoke, engaging and professionally written for actionable Drama.
Wil sits down and engages a conversation freely and openly on concept, a style, genre, feeling, elements and tone to the play. A pure creation for the students delving into their imagination. Wil then goes off and creates a treatment to present back to the students for further discussion and development. Wil comes back periodically and workshops some of the scenes he has written with the students. An important part of keeping the story uniquely theirs.
In the end, a script will be delivered for the school to produce.
